主人が飲んでいますが，種類によって色や味に違いがありますか？

茶褐色のものより灰色っぽい方が鮮度や質の良さを表していると考えています。
どちらかというと生のガジュツに近い色ですよね！？

製法や熱の加え方、保管方法でも大分違ってくると思います。

ガジュツの種類もいくつかあります。
昔から代々、屋久島でつくられているもの。南の方で改良されたものなどです。
それを知らずに売っているショップもあります。
味は全然違いますよ。
改良されたものは、清涼感が強すぎという感じです。

一般的な栽培では化学肥料を使用します。残念ですが屋久島でも除草剤を使う農家もあります。
化学物質も微生物が分解した後、作物が吸収するので化学的に大差はないと思います。
しかし弊社の栽培は、化学的なものを徹底的に省いています。
有機肥料も、成長ホルモン剤や抗生物質を食べていない鶏の糞を
高温発酵させたものを使用しています。
その様な自然な環境だからこそ、チカラのあるガジュツやウコンに育つと信じています。

粒にするのに最低限必要な添加物になります。
